Patients with surgically-recalcitrant, S.aureus-positive chronic rhinosinusitis

Key exclusion criteria
Mupirocin allergy.
Augmentin Duo allergy.
Multiple bacterial species on culture.
MRSA.
Mupirocin-resistant S.aureus.
