Adverse effects e.g. dizziness, nausea and/or vomiting, postural hypotension, convulsion. These adverse effects will be assessed using questionnaire by nurse who does not involve in the previous procedure.

Hx of bleeding disorders
Hx of impaired LFT
Taking anti-coagulants
Genital organ infection
