*Receipt of allogeneic hematopoietic cell transplant
*Diagnosis of gastrointestinal graft versus host disease (GVHD)
*No gastrointestinal (GI) infection
*Must be able to swallow tablets
*Must be able to read and understand informed consent
*Adequate birth control methods for the duration of the study
